I would like to preface this by acknowledging that I understand Ukraine-Russia isn't the only world crisis ongoing at moment, and I am hopeful some of the resources I've compiled may be helpful to other displaced people (such as Afghanis, Syrians, Yemenis, etc.)
With that in mind, I know some displaced Ukrainians are looking for work in the EU, USA, and all-around remote gigs. I've seen enough posts on LinkedIn I decided to compile my findings in the hope that it can be an easy-to-use resource for displaced people seeking new work opportunities.
Please note that I only speak English fluently and do not trust Google Translate, so this blog is not in Ukrainian.
Update 04/18/2022: My friend Chris alerted me that Women Who Code Kyiv has launched a job program to support Ukrainian women seeking software development roles. You can see this LinkedIn post for more info.
As well, Lumen Technology is hiring displaced Ukrainians who have relocated to Poland, specifically the Poznan area of Poland. More on that opportunity here.

Relocation support will be offered to successful candidates; opportunities include jobs in IT, networks, digital, finance, and trainee program. On-site and hybrid roles are available. Please note: Vodafone's opportunities are available for Ukrainians and other nationals affected by the ongoing crisis.
Adobe - Tech giant Adobe is offering employment opportunities to displaced Ukrainians with their team in Romania. Refugees who join Adobe will be eligible for a 12-month fixed-term contract, relocation assistance, and health and well-being benefits.
